DURHAM, N.C. --- The College of Charleston volleyball team fell to the host Duke Blue Devils in straight sets on Saturday afternoon in Cameron Indoor Stadium to conclude the Duke Invitational.

Duke (6-0) won the match by scores of 25-17, 25-22 and 25-9 while limiting Charleston (4-3) to 24 kills and a .110 hitting percentage. Junior Gabi Bailey was named to the all-tournament team after totaling 33 kills, 28 digs and six service aces for the weekend.

Critical Point
With the Cougars leading 19-15 in the second set, Duke went on a 10-3 run to win the frame, 25-22, and take a 2-0 lead in the match.

Key Cougars

Bailey paced the Cougar attack with eight kills while hitting .389 to go along with five digs.
Claire Campbell accounted for four kills on nine swings without an error.
Jasmin Goei nearly recorded a double-double with 10 assists and seven digs.

Game Notes

The Cougars put together their strongest stretch of the afternoon in the second set with 12 kills and 19 digs.
Bailey accounted for five kills on nine swings without an early in the middle frame.
Sophomore Sammy Campion recorded seven of her 11 digs in the second set.
