CofC Travels to UNCW in Road Finale - College of Charleston Athletics

WILMINGTON, N.C. – College of Charleston volleyball closes out its regular season road slate with a pair of matches at UNCW Nov. 6 and 7. Serve times are set for 6 p.m. and 2 p.m. Friday's contest will air live on FloCollege.

OPENING SERVE:

Charleston is coming off a split vs. William & Mary, losing the first match 3-1 and winning the second 3-0.
Freshman Violet Poole tied her season high in service aces with 3 on Saturday vs. W&M.
Sophomore Jumana Martin was named CAA Defensive Player of the Week with 5.29 digs per set, 4 assists, and 37 total digs tallied vs. William & Mary.
The Cougars are one of six teams with 20 or more wins this season, joining Nebraska, Louisville, Pittsburgh, and two other teams.
Junior Helena Vukovic is ranked fifth in the country and first in the CAA in service aces after adding 4 more this past weekend.
Charleston has clinched a spot in the 2026 CAA Volleyball Championship, marking its 13th appearance in 14 seasons since joining the CAA.

SCOUTING UNCW:

UNCW holds a 12-13 record this season and are 6-6 in conference play. The Seahawks got swept by No. 19 North Carolina in its third match of the season. UNCW played at Stony Brook last weekend, splitting the series 1-1.

SERIES HISTORY:

Charleston is 34-11 in the all-time series against the Seahawks.
CofC last faced UNCW in 2025, sweeping the series.

UP NEXT:

Charleston closes out the regular season at home Nov. 13 and 14 against Campbell. Saturday is the team's Senior Day, where five members of the program will be honored. Both contests will air live on FloCollege.
