
Cougars Outlast Aggies in Five-Set Thriller

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- Jasmin Goei dished out a career-high 54 assists and the trio of Lexi Wierzbicki, Gabi Bailey and Emma Falk combined for 52 kills to lead College of Charleston past North Carolina A&T in a five-set slugfest on Saturday afternoon in TD Arena.
Charleston (13-15, 8-7 CAA) won the match by scores of 22-25, 25-19, 25-22, 21-25 and 16-14 after rallying from match point in the fifth set. The Cougars combined for 68 kills, nine aces, six blocks and a .242 hitting percentage compared to 62 kills, seven aces, seven blocks and a .237 clip for North Carolina A&T (9-16, 5-10 CAA).
