CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston beach volleyball team will look to build on a three-match winning streak when the Cougars conclude their trip to Florida with a double dual on Tuesday afternoon against Saint Leo and Florida Southern on the Saint Leo campus.
 
Charleston finished the Battle on the Bay this past weekend with three straight wins against Saint Leo, Missouri State and Eckerd to even its record at 4-4. The Cougars were receiving votes in last week's AVCA Top-20 Poll with CofC's only loss over the weekend coming to Tampa, which was also receiving votes last week.
 
THE OPPONENTS

• Saint Leo carries a 6-6 record on the season after closing out the Battle on the Bay with a 4-1 victory against Eckerd. Charleston is 3-0 all-time against the Lions.
• Florida Southern comes into the week with a 4-0 mark following two victories against State College of Florida on Saturday. Tuesday will mark the first meeting between the Cougars and Mocs.

 
QUICK SETS

• Gabi Bailey and Kyra Thompson carry a 4-1 record into the week after not dropping a set in the fourth flight at the Battle on the Bay last weekend.
• Sky Benjamin and Sofie Vogel are riding a three-match winning streak in the top flight following a hard-fought three-set win against Eckerd on Saturday to complete the Cougars' second sweep of the weekend.
• Emma Falk and Maria Zweig are undefeated at 3-0 since first being paired together against Saint Leo on Friday.
