Beach Volleyball Ends Regular Season in Wilmington

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston beach volleyball team will travel to Wilmington, N.C. April 10-11 for Sun Belt Conference matchups with UNCW and Coastal Carolina.
The programs will compete in tri-matches back-to-back days with the Cougars facing Coastal Carolina at 1: 00 p.m. and UNCW at 3:00 p.m. on April 10 before rematches with both teams on April 11.
This weekend will mark the fifth and sixth meetings between the Cougars and Seahawks this season. Charleston has lost all four previous matches 4-1. Ella Duffner and Alivia Newberg have earned all four set wins against the Seahawks on court 3.
The Cougars will take on the Chanticleers for the third and fourth times this season in Wilmington, also losing both previous matches 4-1. Sophie Sageer and Madison Loving have earned the two wins on court 5.
The trip to Wilmington will mark the end of the regular season for Charleston before traveling to Foley, Alabama for the 2026 Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship.
