PEORIA, AZ. - The College of Charleston women's golf team continues the spring campaign in Arizona at the Westbrook Invitational hosted by the University of Wisconsin on February 26 and 27.
The Cougars are currently 36th in the NCAA Power Rankings and 15th in national stroke average. Sophomore Emma Schimpf. enters the tournament ranked third in the nation in stroke average at 69.27. This week, Schimpf was ranked fifth in the February Arnold Palmer Rankings.
Charleston's most recent outing was a sixth-place finish at the UCF Challenge beating #6 Texas A&M, #21 Kent State and #23 Iowa State.
