Women's Golf Takes Seventh at Briar's Creek

JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. - The College of Charleston women's golf team finished in seventh at the Briar's Creek Invitational hosted by the Cougars on Tuesday. Charleston fell two spots from their fifth place placement after day one.
Viktoria Hund led the Cougars with a ninth place finish at 1-under. She led the field in par 4 scoring with a 3.90 average while collecting two birdies on the final day. Emily Dunlap rose seven places from her day one position to T-23.
The Cougars return to action on March 24 at the Liz Murphy Collegiate Classic hosted by the University of Georgia.
