
Sailing Places Ninth at Delenbaugh Women’s Race

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston sailing placed ninth at the Delenbaugh Women's Race up in Rhode Island collecting wins over Bowdoin, USF, Boston College and US Coast Guard.
Grace Squires, Kalea Woodard, Emma Tallman, Roxanne Snyder, Rowan Schanley, Emily Alfortish, Fredrikke Foss and Chloe Hudgins led the Cougars to their four victories.
Charleston took down Boston College 1-2-6, followed that with a 1-2-5 win over Coast Guard, grabbed a 1-2-4 victory over Bowdoin and a 1-2-3 triumph of USF.
