SWEET BRIAR, Va. – NCEA Single Discipline No. 2 College of Charleston faces No. 1 Sweet Briar Friday, Oct. 18 in Sweet Briar, Va.
"We are eager to hit the road again to Virginia, this time riding head-to-head against the No. 1 ranked team, Sweet Briar College," said head coach Natasha Vitkovic. "This is a seasoned team; therefore, we have been spending extra time in the saddle to prepare. Coach King and I are excited to see all this hard work pay off."
The NCEA squad returns to action following its 2-0 start to the season that includes a 6-4 win over then-No. 1 ranked Lynchburg on Sept. 28. The Cougars also defeated Centenary, 4-3, in their second meet of the day.
