
Cougars Set to Host Campbell in Pink Out Game

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston women's basketball remain home to host Campbell on Sunday in TD Arena for the Pink Out game. Tip-off is set for 2:00 p.m.
Charleston defeated N.C. A&T 66-62 on Friday to weep the season series over the Aggies. N.C. A&T has only lost twice in conference play, both being to the Cougars.
Jenna Annecchiarico had a game-high 20 points, adding seven assists, five rebounds and three steals. It marks her seventh game with 20 or more points this season, and she has had at least five assists on five of those occasions.
Taryn Barbot recorded 15 points and a career-best 11 rebounds for her first-ever double-double. The freshman has reached double figures scoring in 14 straight games.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Campbell current sits 5-5 in CAA play, most recently defeating UNCW 77-57 on Friday night. The Camels contain one of the best defenses in the country, while also taking down Stony Brook this season and Towson, two teams the Cougars fell to.
The Camels are led by Gianni Boone who had a season-high 14 points last game, marking her second straight game in double figures. Also contributing is Sarah Hammack who added 12 points in their win versus the Seahawks.
Sunday's Pink Out game will honor National Girls and Women in Sports Day, with fans receiving a pink shirt upon entry.
