Women's Basketball Set for Rematch at Monmouth

WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – The College of Charleston women's basketball team will travel to West Long Branch, N.J. to take on Monmouth on Sunday, February 25 at 2:00 p.m.
Charleston is coming off a Friday night win at Hofstra. The victory marked the Cougars' tenth conference win of the season, the most CAA wins in program history in a single season.
Four Cougars reached double figures as Charleston cruised to an 88-59 victory at Hofstra on Friday. Charleston has won four in a row and seven of its past eight.
Jada Logan paced the Cougars with a game-high 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting. It marks her fifth game with 20 or more points this season and 13th in double figures.
Taryn Barbot recorded her second double-double this season. The freshman tallied 12 points and a career-high 13 rebounds, adding four assists and three steals.
The Cougars will be looking to avenge an early conference play loss to Monmouth, as the Hawks are the only team this season to find a win inside TD arena.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Monmouth is 10-4 in CAA play, looking to reclaim their third-place spot over the Cougars.
The Hawks topped Drexel 61-55 at home on Friday. Monmouth built a 10-point halftime lead, which was cut to three at the end of the third, but the Hawks sealed the deal with a 21-point fourth quarter.
Ariana Vanderhoop paced Monmouth with a season-high 21 points. It marks her third straight game in double figures and 12th this season.
Also contributing to the Hawks is Kaci Donovan, who added 19 points for her 16th double-digit effort this season.
Tipoff is set for 2:00 p.m. inside OceanFirst Bank Center and will be live streamed on FloHoops.
