Women's Basketball Looks to Sweep North Carolina A&T

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston women's basketball return home to host North Carolina A&T on Friday at 7:00 p.m. inside TD Arena.
This past weekend Charleston went 1-1, defeating Hampton (86-57) at home on Friday before falling to Towson (66-59) on the road Sunday.
Taryn Barbot reached double figures in both games, averaging 20.5 points per game. The freshman had 19 points in the victory before a game-high 22 on Sunday. Barbot has reached double figures in 13 straight games.
On Friday, Jada Logan paced CofC with 25 points off the bench. It marks her fourth 20-point effort this season, with two coming in reserve minutes.
The Cougars are looking to sweep the Aggies in CAA play after leaving Greensboro victorious to kick off conference play. Charleston defeated NC A&T in January by a narrow score of 63-58.
Since the Cougars' win, the Aggies have not lost another conference matchup, sitting at the top of the CAA with an 8-1 record alongside Stony Brook.

N.C. A&T had a dominant week, extending its winning streak to eight games. A&T defeated UNCW (76-43) on Friday before topping Northeastern (72-49) on Sunday.
Leading the Aggies this season is Jordyn Dorsey, who had back-to-back 20-point efforts this past weekend, including a career-high 23 points and 10 rebounds for her first-ever double-double on Friday. Dorsey has reached double figures in 17 games this season, including nine in a row.
Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. in TD Arena and will be streamed on FloHoops.
