Cougars Set to Host the Tribe

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston women's basketball team will remain home to take on William & Mary in a must-win matchup inside TD Arena. Tipoff is slated for March 3 at 2:00 p.m.
The Cougars currently sit fifth in the CAA conference, looking for a win on Sunday to move into the fourth place spot and catch a double-bye in the conference tournament.
Charleston fell to Towson 67-55 at home on Friday. The Cougars led by two at halftime, but the Tigers outscored CofC 21-7 in the third quarter to break away.
Jada Logan surpassed 20 points for the third straight contest with a game-high 25. Logan has six 20-point performances this season.
Jenna Annecchiarico added 17 points and seven rebounds for the Cougars. The graduate guard has reached double figures in 18 games this winter.

William & Mary earned a 68-50 road win over UNCW on Friday. The Tribe outscored the Seahawks 17-9 in the second and 19-9 in the third to roll to victory.
Pacing W&M in the matchup was Anahi-Lee Cauley with 15 points and eight rebounds. It marks her sixth game in double figures this season.
Also contributing to the Tribe is Kayla Beckwith with 13 points in her last performance, adding four rebounds and two assists.
