Women's Golf Heads Back to Florida for Spartan Sun Coast Invitational

SARASOTA, Fla. - The College of Charleston women's golf team will compete in the Spartan Sun Coast Invitational in Sarasota, Florida hosted by Michigan State from February 16-17.
The tournament features a competitive field including #22 Michigan State, Kentucky, #24 Oklahoma, Illinois, Kent State, Maryland, Michigan, Notre Dame, Georgia Southern, Florida International, #25 Ohio State, and #24 Oklahoma State.
The Cougars played in PDI Intercollegiate to start their 2025 spring slate, finishing in tenth place. The field featured six teams ranked in the top 40 in the country, with the Cougars topping three Power 4 programs. Adrian Anderson shot a 6-under 66 final round, tied for the lowest round of the day among all competitors. The junior posted seven birdies, climbing 30 spots from her second-round finish.
Charleston will play Sunday's round with Oklahoma and Kent State.
