WASHINGTON, D.C.- The No. 2 College of Charleston women's basketball team fell in the CAA Semifinal to No. 3 Campbell on Saturday night, 80-59.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cougars fell behind in the first, entering the half with a 12-point deficit. Unable to catch up in the final 20 minutes, Charleston dropped their first game of the season to Campbell.
 - A rough shooting night for the Cougars allowed only 26 percent from the field. The Camels knocked down 14 threes on the night.
 - Three Cougars tallied double digits in the effort, led by Taryn Barbot with 26 points.
 - Campbell outrebounded Charleston 56-38 in the matchup.
 
- Taryn Barbot tallied 26 points, grabbing eight rebounds.
 - Jazmyn Stone added 12 points on the day.
 - Leah Philpotts entered the game in the fourth, making quick work with 10 points.
