CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston women's basketball is set to face Campbell in their last road game of the regular season on Thursday, March 6. Tipoff is slated for 7:00 p.m.

OPENING TIP

The Cougars enter the matchup on a six-game winning streak, ending last week 3-0.
Charleston won both of their home games over the weekend, outscoring their opponents by 76 points. With the two wins, the Cougars secured a double-bye in the conference tournament next week.
Taryn Barbot scored a career-high 40 points against UNCW, tying the program record for most points scored in a single game. Averaging 30.5 points on the weekend, Barbot secured her second-consecutive Player of the Week honor.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT

The Camels stand 11-5 in conference play, currently on a three-game winning streak.
Campbell most recently defeated Drexel on the road in a tight 56-52 matchup. Other notable wins include defeating conference leader North Carolina A&T in February.
Charleston will meet Campbell for the second time this season, last facing the Camels inside TD Arena in the first weekend of conference play. The Cougars grabbed the 15-point win, led by a 16-point performance by McKinley Brooks-Sumpter.
The Camels are led by Gianni Boone, who is averaging 11.4 points per game.
