
Cougars Set to Compete at CAA Championships

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston wraps up its 2025 outdoor track and field season this week at the CAA Championships hosted by North Carolina A&T.
A total of 13 athletes will look to improve on their PRs and standing in the Cougar record book in the 11 individual events in which they are entered.
Cayden Crismon holds the school record in the 10000m and is third in the 5000m and will compete at both distances. Savannah Stoutt came less than two seconds away from the school record in the 3000m steeplechase two weeks ago at the East Coast Relays and is in that event as well as the 5000.
Jeorgi Gavalas is fourth in the 1500m, and Andie Harding and Abby Mogg are fifth and eighth, respectively, in the 800m. Emily Kreek is entered in both hurdles and is fourth in the 100m high hurdles and fifth in the 400m intermediate hurdles. Caroline Cassidy is third in the 400m IH.
Pole vaulters Tonet Tallie and Madison Jent lead the field event entries with Tallie ranking second, one spot ahead of Jent. Kinsley Allen is third in the high jump, Abby Fush is fourth in the triple jump and Gabby David is seventh in the long jump.
