CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston volleyball returns to conference play Oct. 9 and 10 at home against Hampton. Serve times are scheduled for 6 p.m. and 2 p.m. with both contests airing live on FloCollege.

Friday is the team's Annual Dig Pink match. Fans can pick up a pink ribbon lapel pin at the marketing table.

Saturday is World Mental Health Awareness where fans can receive positive affirmation stickers, keychains and wristbands.

OPENING SERVE:
- Charleston secured a massive five-set victory Tuesday at home versus High Point.
- Sophomore Makena Parthen registered her first career double-double, ripping off 13 kills and 12 blocks while hitting .385.
- Parthen is the first Cougar since 2009 to have a kill/block double-double and just the third since the Rally-Scoring Era began in 2008. Parthen is the first to have at least a dozen kills and blocks.
- CofC enters the weekend riding a 15-match winning streak, which is tied with Nebraska for the longest active streak in Division I volleyball. The Cougars, Huskers and Eastern Kentucky are the only teams in the country to have won 15 matches thus far into the year.
- The win streak is also tied for the longest since the 2017 season when the Cougars won 15 consecutive contests.
- Charleston's win streak is tied for the sixth-longest in school history.
- Junior Helena Vukovic also recorded a double-double, her third of the year. The setter dished out 36 assists to pair with 10 digs.
- Charleston has recorded at least 13 blocks in three of the last four matches.
SCOUTING HAMPTON:
- Hampton holds a 2-12 record this season, beating Bethune-Cookman in five sets to kick off the campaign. The Pirates also swept Maryland Eastern Shore back on Sept. 5.
SERIES HISTORY:
- Charleston is a perfect 5-0 against Hampton in the all-time series and has let to lose a set to the Pirates.
- CofC last faced Hampton in 2024, sweeping both matches Nov. 1 and 2.
UP NEXT:
- Charleston travels to New York Oct. 16 and 17 to play Stony Brook. Both matches are set to begin at noon.
