
Cougars Earn Runner-Up Finish at Ironwood Invitational

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The College of Charleston women's golf team earned a runner-up finish at the Ironwood Invitational to conclude the regular season. Charleston finished 12 strokes behind host and champion East Carolina, topping third place Georgia State by one stroke thanks to a 2-under team final round compared to the Panthers 6-over round.
Molly Hardwick led Charleston with a third place individual finish, turning in three-straight even par 72 rounds. It is the senior's fourth top ten finish of the season.
Adrian Anderson led the Cougars in the final round turning in a 4-under 68, the top Cougar round of the tournament complete with five birdies and just one bogey. Anderson totaled ten birdies throughout the tournament, the third most in the field.
The Cougars recorded 30 total birdies, tied for the second most in the field with Georgia State.
Charleston will return to action as they aim to defend their title at the 2026 CAA Women's Golf Championship April 17-19 in Southport, N.C.
