Volleyball Announces 2026 Match Day Promotions and Group Experiences

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston volleyball program announced its promotional schedule and match day experiences for the 2026 season.
The Cougars' 52nd season has lots of fun in store with nine contests that feature themes, giveaways and special events. All home matches are non-ticketed and free to attend. Specific information for each promotional game can be found below.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 vs. DUQUESNE // 7PM
Theme: Home Opener // Welcome Back Students
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13 vs. NOTRE DAME // 1PM
Theme: Camper Reunion
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 vs. TOWSON // 6PM
Theme: Girls Night Out
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 vs. TOWSON // 2PM
Theme: International Student Day
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6 vs. HIGH POINT // 6PM
Theme: Take Me Back Tuesday // 90s Night
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9 vs. HAMPTON // 6PM
Theme: Dig Pink // Breast Cancer Awareness Match

College of Charleston volleyball is also excited to bring back youth group experiences as part of the match day experience at TD Arena for the 2026 season!
Choose from 12 of our home matches as part of our group experiences package. The 2026 schedule can be located here. Your group can participate in the following experiences:
· High-Five Team Tunnel
o Help welcome the team onto the court just before first serve.
· PA and Videoboard Shoutout
o Get your team's name on the videoboard with a shoutout from our public address announcer.
· Post-Game Pictures
o Get on the court and take your group picture after the match.
· Anthem Buddies (Limited Availability)
o Participating teams will walk onto the court with the Cougars and stand with the players during the national anthem.
All experiences are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
These opportunities are only available for teams with individuals in 6th grade and under.

- Themed in game music, videoboard content and on-court promotions centered around the 1990s

- Fans are encouraged to wear pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10 vs. HAMPTON // 2PM
Theme: Mental Health Awareness Match
- In honor of World Mental Health Day, we'll be showcasing the importance of mental health throughout the match
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30 vs. WILLIAM & MARY // 6PM
Theme: Jimmy Buffett Night
- Enjoy Jimmy Buffett music and themed in-game content throughout the match
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31 vs. WILLIAM & MARY // 2PM
Theme: Halloween Match
- Fans are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes to the match. Kids who are dressed up will be invited down to the court to show off their costumes on the court between the second and third sets!
- Halloween themed music played between sets

Theme: Greek Night
- Join the College of Charleston's Greek community for a special night celebrating fraternity and sorority life on campus
