2010: Cross Country-Had best race of the season at the Southern Conference Championships (10/30) finishing 11th in 18:31.22...Earned All Conference Second Team Honors...Finished 10th at Citadel Invitational in a time of 19:47.36...Competed in NCAA Southeast Regional.

2009: Led the Cougars in four of six races this season...Started the season with three top-10 finishes...Came in 10th at the Eye Opener Meet (9/5) with a time of 18:51...Finished eighth of 85 runners at the Elon Invitational (9/12) with a mark of 19:14...Posted a time of 19:34.29 to place sixth at The Citadel Invitational (9/26)...Set a personal record at the Charlotte Invitational (10/2), crossing the finish line in 18:44.00...Her time at the Charlotte Invitational was the 14th fastest time SoCon in 2009.

2008: Finished first among the Cougars in the first four races of the season, and second in the final two...Posted three top 25 finishes in 2008 ...Came in second at The Citadel Invitational (9/27) with a time of 19:12.83...Posted a personal-best time of 19:04.5 to finish 34th at the Southern Conference Championships (11/1)...Finished second among CofC runners in the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 24:19.3, the 15th fastest time in school history.

James River High School: Member of Cross Country and Track teams from 2004-2008...Captain from 2005-2008...Team earned district and regional championships in 2004-2005 season and 2nd in state for cross country...Selected to All-State cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams all four year...Named Runner of the Year by the Richmond Times Dispath in 2006...Member of National Honor Society and President of Interact Club.
