Caden Albert is in his first season as the volunteer assistant coach with the College of Charleston volleyball program.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Albert is current in his senior year at the College working toward an expected graduation in May of 2023 as a double major in secondary education and English.
Albert founded the College’s men’s club team as a freshman in the fall of 2019 and, with the help of several others, has grown the club from four members to more than 30 with two teams in less than three years. The club has successfully raised the funds for the opportunity to qualify and compete in the NCVF National Championship tournament this coming spring. Albert is the club’s starting setter and recorded 45 aces last season.
He is currently deciding between playing as a graduate student or pursuing a graduate assistant position following graduation.
