#articleRelated { display: none !important; } Ashley Arnold ran a 18:03.00 to earn a first place finish at the 2004 Tribe Open in Williamsburg, Va. The meet, hosted by William & Mary, was an individual meet and no team scores were awarded.

Arnold, a freshman from Lexington, Ky., took home her second first place finish of the year after finishing first among Division one runners at The Citadel Invitational. Arnold won the meet in impressive fashion, outlasting Virginia Commonwealth's Elizeba Boit by 29 seconds.

Kyle Palmquist finished in third place for the Cougars with a 18:59.00.

Michael Rella led the men, running a 26:27.00. Rella was followed closely by teammates Ben Sherard (26:29.00) and Harrison Johnson (26:38.00).

The Cougars will be back in action on October 30 when they head to Greenville, S.C. to take part in the SoCon Championships.
