The College of Charleston men's basketball team will spread some holiday cheer when they visit the Medical University of South Carolina Children's Hospital on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 2:00.
Head Coach Bobby Cremins and the Cougars will distribute toys and spend time playing games with the kids.
"It's a chance to spend time with some very special girls and boys in our community," said Cremins, whose team plays at Chattanooga on Dec. 15. "Our team is really looking forward to the visit and a opportunity to give out some toys and just spend the afternoon having fun."
The MUSC Children's Hospital is dedicated to enhancing the health of children throughout South Carolina, and to providing an environment that supports excellence in pediatric patient care, teaching and research.
MUSC Children's Hospital has earned top ranking from U.S. News & World Report, American Health Magazine and The Best Doctors in America. Child magazine continues to rank MUSC Children's Hospital as one of the top pediatric facilities in the country.
