CofC Basketball Alumni To Lace It Up For #TreyStrong

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston men's basketball program will welcome back former players and coaches during CofC Basketball Alumni Weekend to be held on Saturday, Feb. 20, in conjunction with the team's regular-season home finale versus UNCW on Senior Day at TD Arena.
The alumni game will tip-off prior to the Cougars and Seahawks game at 3:15 p.m. (ET) and will be coached by CofC legendary head coach John Kresse and former basketball letterman and CofC Assistant AD for NCAA Compliance Otto German.
All former players will be recognized during halftime and a special reception will immediately follow for CofC Basketball Alumni in the McAlister Hospitality Suite.

This year, CofC Basketball Alumni will be lacing it up once again in support of one of their fellow teammates – CofC Athletics Hall of Famer Marion Busby (Class of '95) and his family. Last summer, Marion's youngest son, Trey, was diagnosed with cancer and has shown a lot of resilience and courage in his battle.
A bowling fundraising event will be held on Friday, Feb. 19, at The Alley Charleston located at 131 Columbus Street in downtown Charleston from 7:00-10:00 p.m. Fans and supporters are encouraged to join former coaches, former players, family and friends in support of the Busby Family and Trey's battle with cancer. One hundred percent of donations and proceeds will go towards the family in support of their journey.

Corporate Sponsorship Bowlers
- Bronze – $200 (Four bowlers and *former player)
- Silver – $300 (Four bowlers and former player, two T-Shirts and a group photo)
- Gold – $400 (Four bowlers and former player, four T-Shirts and two group photos)
- Platinum – $500 or more (Four bowlers and former player, four T-Shirts, four group photos and four game tickets)
*A former player will be randomly assigned to a lane as your teammate
Individual Bowlers (create your own team of five or you can be added to a team)
- Cost to bowl is $25 per bowler
- Each bowler will be asked to raise a minimum pledge of $25
