The College Heads To Two Regattas This Weekend

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston sailing team will depart campus for two regattas this weekend as the Cougars look to continue their strong start to the season. The Cougars will participate in the North Points #4 on Saturday in Wilmington, N.C., and the Navy Fall Women's on Saturday and Sunday in Annapolis, Md.

At the North Points #4, junior Charlie Morano (Edgartown, Mass.) will skipper A-Division alongside senior crew Marissa Bamonte (Tiverton, R.I.), with sophomore skipper Patrick Shannon (Newport Beach, Calif.) and sophomore crew Laura Masterson (Kemah, Texas) representing the Cougars in B-Division.

Alie Toppa will skipper A-Division at the Navy Women's with junior crew Caroline Bracken (Bridgewater, Mass.), and senior Katherine Matheson (San Diego, Calif.) serving as an extra hand. Sophomore skipper Paris Henken (Coronado, Calif.), junior crew Annabel Carrington (White Stone, Va.), and junior extra hand Elizabeth Mignon (Bay Head, N.J.) will represent the Cougars in B-Division. Kelly-Ann Arrindell (Port-of-Spain, Trinidad) will sail in C-Division.
