The College Concludes Regular Season at Duke Invite

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston track & field program concludes its regular season this weekend when it heads north for the Duke Invitational.
The meet will span both Friday and Saturday, with events being split almost evenly between the two days. It will be the Cougars' first visit to Duke University since 2013.
The Cougars will be among over 30 Division I schools in attendance, including a great deal of schools from the Carolinas. Those schools include UNC, East Carolina, NC Central, NC A&T, Charlotte, Davidson, UNC Asheville, Winthrop, Campbell, High Point and Appalachian State. The College will also encounter multiple CAA opponents, including William & Mary, Elon and UNCW.
Friday's events begin at 10 a.m. with the hammer throw, and run through 6:30 p.m. with the 1500m run. On Saturday, things begin with triple jump at 2 p.m., and finish off at 7:30 p.m.
