CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston women's basketball team welcome pre-season Colonial Athletic Association favorites James Madison to TD Arena to close out week three of CAA action.

The Cougars and Dukes tip off at 2 p.m. live on the Charleston Sports Network with Mike Ward on the play-by-play call from TD Arena.

QUICK HITS
• Darien Huff is averaging 13.5 points per game and has hit double-digits in all but two game this season.
• Huff has hit at least one three-point attempt in 21 consecutive games dating back to Feb. 18, 2018
• Two Charleston student-athletes are averaging double-figures through CAA play; Darien Huff (13.3) and Deja Ford (12.3).
• Baileigh Larson set career highs in points (16) and rebounds (7) against William & Mary.
• Tyler Collins leads the CAA in assists per game, averaging 5.3. (36th in the NCAA)
• Collins has tallied nine or more assists in four of her first 15 collegiate games; tying a school record 12 on her debut.
• Collins has had a hand in over 50% of Charleston's 995 points, taking into account her 80 assists and 132 points.
• Tyler Collins was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on Dec. 17.
• Ford was named an Honorable Mention Player of the Week on Dec. 17.
• Huff hit 800 career points against Charleston Southern and will reach the 1,000-point club if continuing her scoring average.
• Huff will become the second to reach 1,000 points under Candice M. Jackson; the first being 3x CAA Defensive POTY Breanna Bolden.

SCOUTING JAMES MADISON
• The Dukes fell on a last second shot at UNCW (63-66) on Friday evening to move into a clear second position in the conference standings.
• JMU has held four of five CAA opponents to 54 points or fewer and four opponents to 40 or fewer points this season.
• Kamiah Smalls has reached double figure scoring in every game this season (16 games) and became the 31st member of the Dukes 1,000 points club on Dec. 30, 2018.
• The Dukes are ranked No. 11 in the College Insider Mid-Major Top-25 poll.
