CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston women's basketball team close out the final two-game home stand of the 2019 season with a Sunday matinee against red hot Drexel.
The Cougars and Dragons tip off at 1 p.m. live on the Charleston Sports Network with Drexel putting an undefeated 10-0 road record on the line at TD Arena.
QUOTABLE – HEAD COACH CANDICE M. JACKSON
"Drexel is a very balanced and solid team, they play well off of each other and have options at every position… We have to make sure that we start out strong early in the game and break out of the habit of coming from behind… Our effort on the boards has been better but we have missed the added force on the glass without Bri [Sullivan]… We're looking to get Deja [Ford] and Darien [Huff] going early and we will definitely have to play team defense for the full 40 minutes."
