
Fourth Top-10 Finish For Tindal In Cougars' Regular-Season Finale at Edisto Island Invitational

EDISTO ISLAND, S.C. – College of Charleston sophomore Jodee Tindal (Rock Hill, S.C.) turned in her fourth Top-10 finish of the season shooting 1-over par at the Edisto Island Invitational held at the Plantation Course at Edisto.
Tindal shot a final-round 72 on Monday to place sixth overall in the 86-player tournament field. It was her seventh start of the season as the Cougars finished fourth in the final team standings. CofC also fielded a "B" squad that placed sixth among the 16 teams at the Charleston Southern-hosted tournament.
Juniors Victoria Huskey (Greenville, S.C.) and Anna-Theresa Rottluff both tied for 11th (+4), while junior Savanah Goodman (Easley, S.C.) tied for 14th (+5).
North Florida won the team title with a three-round score of 867 (+15) followed by runner-up Delaware (+18). Seton Hall was third (+22), the Cougars fourth and sixth and Xavier fifth (+26).
CofC closed out its regular season with six Top-5 or better finishes in 10 tournaments played under head coach Jamie Futrell. Up next, the Cougars will prepare for the 2019 Colonial Athletic Association Women's Golf Championship on April 12-14 at The Reserve Club at St. James Plantation in Southport, N.C.
