The Chanticleers took an early 1-0 lead with wins at No.2 and No. 3 doubles.
Kate Earnhardt and Halli Trinkle registered a 6-3 victory in the top doubles flight.
Earnhardt collected the Cougars' lone point of the afternoon with a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 2 singles.
Peyton Brotzman fell in three sets at No. 5 singles after winning the first set, 7-5.
Anastasia Palaska pushed her opponent to three sets in the third singles flight.
