
Cougars Head West to Face UNLV

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – College of Charleston women's basketball will travel to Las Vegas, Nev. to take on the UNLV Rebels in its first away game of the season. The game will take place in Cox Pavilion on Friday, November 10th at 9:30 p.m. ET.
Charleston heads into this matchup 1-0, coming off a record-setting victory in the home opener against Pfeiffer. With 68 points in the first half, it is the most points at half for the Cougars in history, as well as the final score of 117-30 being the largest margin of victory for Charleston in the Division-I era.
Jada Logan led the Cougar offense in the home opener with 29 points, while also reaching the milestone of 1,000 career points. freshman Taryn Barbot helped secure Monday's victory with 22 points, going 3-3 from the free-throw line and downing 3 baskets from beyond the arch.
