CLEMSON, S.C.- College of Charleston women's tennis fell to Clemson on the road on Saturday afternoon 5-1.
The Cougars took the doubles point to start the match, as Halli Trinkle and Maggie Cubitt finished with the Cougars' first victory. In a tight battle, Peyton Brotzman and Jaiden McKee came out on top to secure the doubles point for Charleston.
The Tigers overpowered the Cougars in singles play, gaining five victories to take the match.
