Cougars Travel to Georgia Southern

CHARLESTON, S.C.– College of Charleston women's tennis will be traveling to Georgia this weekend, facing Georgia Southern on Friday at the Wallis Tennis Center.
The Cougars are currently 3-1 after playing both East Carolina and Clemson on the road last week, splitting the matches.
Charleston took home the victory against East Carolina by winning four singles from Halli Trinkle, Maja Jekauc, Oziera Ahmad, and Elle Bredemann.
Charleston took the doubles victory at Clemson with strong performances by doubles pairs Halli Trinkle/Maggie Cubitt, and Peyton Brotzman/Jaiden McKee

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Georgia Southern is currently 7-1 this season after taking down Mercer earlier this week and looks to continue their win streak. The Eagles and the Cougars met Clemson on the road in the previous week, both falling to the ACC opponent.
Doubles play is set to start at 2:00 p.m.
