CHARLESTON, S.C.- College of Charleston men's tennis blanked both Coppin State and Hampden-Sydney to start their road trip with a pair of wins.

The team traveled to Baltimore on Friday to take on Coppin State in their second match of the season, after falling to Virginia Tech in the season opener.

The Cougars took the doubles point with two winning courts, as
Eddie Vo and
Mattia Bernardi claimed victory on Court #1 and the Larke Brothers dominated Court #3 with a 6-1 win.

Charleston went undefeated in singles, as five courts finished to contribute to the score and one court went unfinished. The Cougars won 6-0.

On Saturday, the Cougars traveled to Virginia to take on Hampden-Sydney. The Cougars went undefeated in doubles play before dominating singles play to claim all seven points for the day.

The Cougars will end their road slate with a match versus Longwood on Sunday, looking to take a winning streak back to Charleston.
