CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston welcomes Campbell to TD Arena for a two-match series, beginning Friday, Sept. 27. Opening serves are scheduled for 4 p.m. and noon. Admission to both matches is free of charge.
Saturday's match is 'Girls Day Out,' which will feature a Girl Scout patch giveaway, Charleston hair scrunchie giveaway and free fairy hair available on the concourse from 11:30-1.

OPENING SERVE:
- Charleston swept the season series at Elon to begin conference play 2-0. The Cougars won both matches in four sets, extending its winning streak to six matches.
- CofC's six-game win streak is the longest since 2018 (six games).
- Charleston held Elon to 11 points in a set in both matches, the fewest points allowed in a frame this season.
- Emily Banitt tied her career-best with 19 kills in Sunday's win. The right side had 30 kills on the weekend and leads Charleston with 147.
- Banitt is also tied for the second-most career sets played among active Division I players with 479.
- Allie Holland is four blocks shy of reaching 500 for her collegiate career. The middle blocker is currently sixth among active DI players.
- Caitlyn Callahan's tenth kill on Sunday was the 800th of her career. Callahan's .366 hitting percentage leads the conference while her 64 total blocks are good for 12 in the nation.
- Head coach Jason Kepner earned his 200th career conference win on Sunday. Between the SoCon and CAA, Kepner is 200-70, a .741 winning percentage.
SCOUTING CAMPBELL:
- Campbell is off to a 2-10 start to the 2024 season and are 0-2 in CAA action, getting swept in straight sets against Delaware in the opening weekend of conference play. Greg Goral is in his 12th season leading the Camels, holding a 174-159 overall record. Offensively, Campbell has three players with 75-plus kills while Aley Clent paces the defensive side with 10 solo blocks and 32 total blocks.
SERIES HISTORY:
- The Cougars are 14-4 all-time against Campbell. Campbell has won three of the last four matches, sweeping all three contests. Charleston's last win came on Sept. 11, 2021, in four sets. CofC is 6-1 in matches going past the third set.
UP NEXT:
- Charleston hosts North Florida for a midweek match Tuesday, Oct. 1 in TD Arena. Opening serve is slated for 6 p.m. with the match serving as Student Appreciation Night.
