WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – College of Charleston volleyball lost in five sets (18-25, 25-19, 25-19, 17-25, 17-19) to William & Mary Saturday afternoon at Kaplan Arena.

CRITICAL POINTS AGAINST WILLIAM & MARY:

Freshman Jumana Martin had a career-high 33 digs Saturday.
Junior Lauren Dow collected her second straight double-double with 52 assists and 13 digs.
Graduate Izzy Marinelli tied her career best with 20 kills in the setback.
Freshman Caroline Noonan hit .324 with 15 kills, four blocks, two digs, two service aces and an assist.
Down 13-8 in the fifth set, CofC stormed back to make it a 14-14 ballgame before eventually dropping the frame 19-17.
In the deciding set, the Cougars hit .433 with 15 kills.

OF NOTE:

Charleston improves to 19-6 against William & Mary in the all-time series.
Martin's 33 digs are the sixth-most in a match in the rally scoring era.
Martin surpassed the 500 dig mark this season and is averaging 5.01 digs per set in 2025.
Dow recorded her 3,000th career assist Saturday.

Charleston concludes the regular season at home against Elon Nov. 15 and 16. Serve times from TD Arena are set for 2 p.m. both days with the team honoring its senior class in a pregame ceremony Sunday.
