
Track and Field Opens Season at JDL Early Bird Invite

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The College of Charleston track and field program opens the 2025-2026 indoor season Sunday, December 7, at the JDL Early Bird Invite in Winston-Salem, N.C.
35 Cougars will compete across 13 events.
Charleston begins field events at 10:00 a.m. with Gabby David and Tatum Frith in the long jump. The first track event for The College is the 60m at 10:45 a.m. with Emma Townsend, Gabby Brailsford, Jackie Sides, Riley Fisher, Emily Kreek, and Trinity Jones.
Returning for the Cougars are 13 record book names, including seniors Emily Kreek, Andie Harding, Cayden Crismon and Abby Fush.
13 Cougars will be making their collegiate debut in Winston-Salem.
