MACON, Ga. – The College of Charleston women's tennis team earned their first win of the spring season over Mercer on Saturday afternoon, 4-3.
After dropping the doubles point, the Cougars went on to win four of six singles matches to secure the victory.
Oziera Ahmad and
Francesca Salvato secured their wins in two sets, while
Jaiden McKee came back to win her last two sets by a 6-1 decision for Charleston's third point.
Maja Jekauc sealed the victory for the Cougars with a win on court 1, coming back from a first set loss to give Charleston its final point.
