Women's Tennis Hosts Doubleheader

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston women's tennis team will host a doubleheader on Wednesday, March 19 against Towson at 1:30 p.m. followed by Coe College at 4:30 p.m.

Charleston enters the matchup after a sweep of Belmont on Saturday, taking the doubles point and going 6-0 in singles play on the day. The Cougars currently sit with a 6-6 record on the season, looking to grab a pair of wins before hitting the road for more CAA action at William & Mary on Saturday.

CofC looks to even their conference record in their matchup against Towson, after falling in a tight 4-3 loss against Campbell to kick off March.

Scouting the Opponent

Towson travels to Charleston with a 2-5 record on the season, standing 0-1 in conference play after a loss to William & Mary at the start of March. The Tigers hit the court again after a win against Delaware State, taking a 5-2 victory.

Coe College joins at 10-4 on their season and 7-1 in conference play. The Kohawks will face the Cougars in their last match of their South Carolina road trip, currently 2-2 on the week.
