CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston women's tennis team swept Towson and Coe College in their doubleheader on Wednesday, March 19 at the Turner Tennis Center.
The Cougars began the day facing the Tigers, taking the doubles point after winning all three sets.
Sia Cariov grabbed the first win of singles play on court 4, while
Oziera Ahmad battled in three sets to secure the victory on court 3.
Maja Jekauc,
Francesca Salvato, Jaiden Mckee and
Isabella De Luise also secured wins over Towson.
In a quick turnaround, Charleston returned to the court facing Coe College, winning all three doubles courts and finishing 6-0 in singles play. The Cougars have won their last three matchups in sweep fashion.
Charleston will return to action on Saturday, March 22 to face William & Mary on the road at 10:00 a.m.
