A native of Blythewood, S.C., Penfield's 29 extra-base hits are the most among CAA freshman and he ranks second in the league in doubles and tied for fifth in RBI.

In his third season with The College, Brink has started 14 games in 2025, going 5-5 with a 3.68 ERA. Brink posted back-to-back complete games in April, including a seven-inning complete game shutout at home versus Delaware which earned him CAA Pitcher of the Week.
