
Track and Field Heads to North Carolina for Raleigh Relays

RALEIGH, N.C. – The College of Charleston track and field program will be sending 20 student athletes to compete at Raleigh Relays, hosted by North Carolina State beginning Thursday, March 26.
The Cougars will compete in 10 track events including two relays and four field events over three days.
Kinsley Allen is set to compete in the high jump following a dominating performance at the Shamrock Invitational, placing first while clearing 1.74m. Allen's efforts earned her CAA Field Athlete of the Week March 24 and the third spot in the Charleston record book.
Savannah Stoutt will compete in the 3000m steeplechase on Friday, March 27. Stoutt last competed in the event at the CAA Outdoor Championships in 2025 running a personal best of 10:33.84 and placing second.
In the 10k, Cayden Crismon and Bella Hudson will represent Charleston. Crismon ran the 10k at Raleigh Relays in 2024, running a personal best of 35:48.82. Hudson will make her outdoor 10k debut at the meet.
Caroline Cassidy is entered in the 400m hurdles. The last time Cassidy competed in the event was the Sharonda Coleman Classic in 2025 where she ran a time of 1:01.98.
