Senior (2016-17): Logged 280 minutes in 27 games, drawing a start at home against the Delaware Blue Hens ... Pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds that game, playing a season-high 30 minutes along with a steal and a block ... Finished the season with 30 points, 49 rebounds and nine steals ... Finished her career with 207 points, 235 rebounds and 36 steals

Junior (2015-16): Appeared in all 31 games for the Cougars as a reserve forward ... Averaged 2.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in 14.5 minutes per game, adding 13 steals and seven blocks ... Came up huge in the road-win against Weber State, matching a career-high ten points while adding three boards, two steals and a block ... Recorded eight rebounds twice on the season, once in the home-win over Charleston Southern, and again in the narrow home-loss to Northeastern

Sophomore (2014-15): Appeared in all 30 games for the Cougars on the season, drawing a pair of starts on the road against Elon and at home against Towson ... Averaged 3.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.4 assists while shooting 43.8% from the field and 52.6% from the stripe ... Hit a career-high 10 points twice on the season, once against Elon and again at home vs. William & Mary ... Flirted with a double-double on the road against Elon by scoring 10 points and a career-best nine rebounds ... Pawed away a career-best three steals twice, against both George Mason and Towson

Freshman (2013-14): Limited by injury, Gardner scored her first career points in a home win versus South Carolina State on 11/30/13.

Prior to CofC: Four-year letter-winner at Brookwood High School… McDonald’s All-American nominee… Scored over 1,000 career points and grabbed over 700 rebounds throughout her prep career… Led Brookwood to the Georgia state playoffs of her four years and played in the Gwinnett All-Star game… Also active in the classroom, Gardner was a member of Student Government and JCL.

Personal: Daughter of Greg and Lisa Gardner, Gardner is an exercise science major… Aspires to be a Physician’s Assistant or Pediatrician… Chose CofC because of the school’s high-quality mix of athletics and academics… Looks up to her mother for her strength and courage.
