- Joined Bucknell as a walk-on and played in 14 games, totaling five points, four rebounds and three assists.
- Scored first collegiate points with a bucket in the final minute of home win over Lafayette.
- Hit a 3-pointer in the Patriot League tournament semifinals vs. Boston U.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Played three years of high school basketball at St. Luke’s School in New Canaan, Conn., then transferred and spent two years at Northfield Mount Hermon in Gill, Mass.
- Lettered three times in basketball and twice in lacrosse at St. Luke’s and was team co-captain in basketball as a junior, when he averaged 12.1 points, 5.1 assists and set a school record with nine 3-pointers in a game.
- In his first year at Northfield Mount Hermon the team finished 29-8, won NEPSAC AAA regular-season and tournament championships, and advanced to the semifinals of the National Prep Championship.
- In 2017 the team went 30-8 and made the finals of the NEPSAC AAA Tournament and National Prep Championship.
- Played AAU ball for HighRise Elite and New York Lightning.

- Nicholas Robert Sechan (see-chin), son of Jennifer and Robert Sechan.
- Born on March 7, 1998 in New York City.
- Has three siblings - two sisters, Meghan and Lauren, and one brother, Brandon.
- Teammate of fellow current Cougar John Meeks at Buckell.
- Had heart surgery twice as a junior in high school, and battled back to play basketball at the college level.
