Former College of Charleston track and field standout RoShani Glover has returned to her alma mater to coach the Cougar sprinters and hurdlers.
Glover coached at Southern New Hampshire University the previous two seasons after graduating from Charleston in 2016. During her time there she coached athletes who set school records in the long and triple jumps, won a conference outdoor title in the triple jump and earned a top five finish at the Penn Relays.
Glover holds school records in the indoor long and triple jumps as well as the outdoor triple jump and owns the second-longest outdoor long jump mark. She earned a spot on the All-Colonial Athletic Association team in the triple jump in 2015 and the All-Southern Conference squad in the same event in 2013.
She was named Charleston's ExCEL Most Outstanding Female Student-Athlete and Most Valuable Field Athlete her senior season and was a member of the CAA All-Academic team.
Glover earned a bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in public health. She holds coaching and strength and conditioning certifications from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association and was the recipient of the Women of Essence Global Award in 2018.
