HIGH SCHOOL

• Graduated from Union Academy High School in Monroe, N.C.
• Earned spots on all-conference team three times and was all-region, all-county and team MVP twice in cross country
• Won regional cross country title his senior season
• Was all-region, all-conference and all-state in outdoor track and field from 2021-23 and team MVP in 2021 and 2023
• Received Coaches Award in 2022
• Member of school's first indoor track and field team and was three-time MVP and two-time all-conference member
• Medalist in the 1600 and 4x800 relay and was recipient of the Sportsmanship Award at 2023 NCHSAA 1A/2A indoor state track and field meet
• Graduated with school records in 800 (2:00), 1000 (2:38), 1600 (4:30), 3200 (9:52) and 5k (16:34) as well as the 4x400 and 4x800 relays
• Helped team to 2023 state outdoor title and runner-up finishes in outdoor (2022) and indoor (2023)
• Also played on the soccer team and was three-time all-conference and two-time all-region
• Earned spot on the A Honor Roll and graduated Summa Cum Laude
• Member of the National Honor Society and Science National Honor Society
• Served on the student council and was a class officer
