College of Charleston Athletics

Ryan Morris is is entering his second season as an assistant coach at College of Charleston.

Morris joined the Cougar staff after serving as the first assistant at Saint Peter's, where he coordinated game-day operations, team travel, recruiting visits and scheduling in addition to on-field responsibilities. The Peacocks won the 2019 MAAC regular season title and reached the conference tournament championship game.

He began his collegiate coaching career during the 2018 season as an assistant at The College of New Jersey and helped them earn their first Top 25 ranking since 2004.

Morris has extensive experience in youth soccer, including director of coaching for the East Brunswick Soccer Club where he directed, organized and oversaw operations for 20 teams. He was an assistant coach for Atlantic City FC and Jackson Lions FC and helped lead them to region and conference titles.

Morris is a graduate of Montclair State with a degree in nutrition and food science. In addition to his collegiate experience, he played professional soccer with several teams before embarking on his coaching career.
