  • Hong Kong national champion in the Laser 4.7 (2011), Laser Radial Youth (2013) and Laser Standard (2014).
  • Finished 3rd (Laser 4.7) at Kiel Week in 2013.
  • Finished 3rd (Laser Radial) at the Volvo Gydnia Sailing Days in 2013.
  • Deputy Head Boy and Member (2013-14).
  • Also School Representative Council (2007-08).

  • Son of Hope Ngo and Chris Williams.
  • International business major at College of Charleston.
  • His athletic goal is to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games.
  • Has been sailing since the age of 8.
  • Crew member, Tuatahi, winner of the Passage Race from Hong Kong to Shenzhen at the China International Cup regatta in 2009.
  • Published a short story in the Hong Kong Young Writers Award’s Anthology.
