SENIOR (2023)
Played in 15 games in his first year with Wisconsin. Started against Drake (08/27), UIC (09/04), and set a new career high in minutes (59) in his start against Milwaukee (10/24).
JUNIOR (2022)
Spent his first two seasons at UCLA before transferring to Wisconsin. He played in three games as a true freshman and notched a season high 23 minutes against Oregon State during the 2021 season. He also played a big part in the Bruins successful 2022 campaign, operating in the UCLA midfield. Charlie competed in 13 matches while starting seven as a sophomore. At 6-1, he is both a physical and extremely technical player who is dangerous in the attacking third.
PERSONAL
Prior to college he played for the FC United Development Academy and the Chicago Fire Academy. He was ranked the No. 7 player in the Midwest region per TopDrawerSoccer. Alongside brother Nate, helped FC United to the Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) State Cup Championship and USYS Midwest Regional Championship in 2019. Is a four-time U.S. National Training Center invitee and was named a “Player to Watch” at the U.S. Soccer Development Academy Showcase.
